Cats In Our Care

Last updated: 15th February 2026

This page offers a snapshot of the cats we currently have in our care, waiting for loving homes.

It’s regularly updated but the situation changes quickly and information is current on the day of posting – and is subject to change.

Even if one of these cats doesn’t catch your eye, the rehoming situation is fluid and we constantly have new cats becoming available, of all ages and temperaments.

Please do apply anyway, via the online form on the Adoption Process page, and we will work with you to find you a great match.

If your application relates to kittens, please mark this on your application form as they aren’t usually advertised.

For a better understanding of the way we work please visit the Adoption Process page. You can also contact Adoptions on 07376 644085 (between 9am-5pm) or at [email protected].

Dusty

Male
4 years

Status: Adopted (FOS)

Bio: When Dusty first arrived in foster care he was shy and nervous, but thanks to the patience and love of his fosterer, his wonderful personality is now beginning to shine through.

He’s naturally affectionate and quietly curious; happiest when he can keep you company without being the centre of attention.

Despite appearing not to be a lap cat at first, Dusty now spends his evenings sitting on his fosterer’s knee. He enjoys a gentle stroke and can be tempted into play when he’s in the mood.

Dusty would suit a calm home without other pets, and could live happily as either an indoor cat (with enough space) or outdoors. Older children (11+) who understand when he needs space would be ideal.

Could you be the one to give Dusty the happy forever-home he deserves?

See Dusty on video in our Cats On Camera section.

Chester

Male
9 years

Status: Adopted (EP)

Bio: Chester is a handsome ginger boy who enjoys affection and attention once he feels comfortable. He can be a little unsure with new people at first, but once settled he loves fuss and companionship.

Chester would be happiest as the only pet, as he seems unsure of other cats. He is also suitable for a home with older children, and he’ll benefit from a garden to explore safely.

This lovely boy has plenty of love to give and will reward a patient, understanding family with companionship and purrs.

Dylan

Male
9 months

Status: Available (DUR)

Bio: Dylan is a lively and curious young boy who is starting to show more of his playful side. While he can still be a little cautious at first, his affectionate nature shines through once he feels comfortable.

He’s looking for a quiet home with people around often, where he can settle in at his own pace and enjoy attention and playtime in a safe environment. Dylan would be happiest with older children who can give him space when he needs it.

He hasn’t been fully tested with other cats, but he may be able to live with a calm, gentle feline companion, introduced slowly and carefully.

With patience, love, and a steady routine, Dylan will thrive, becoming a devoted and playful companion to his new family.

Horatio

Male
5 years

Status: Available (LAN)

Bio: Meet 5-year-old Horatio who’s looking for a patient, experienced owner who will give him the time and opportunity to overcome some initial issues with challenging behaviour, allowing him to show his true loving and affectionate nature.

He would prefer an adult-only home in a quieter area where he is able to relax and gain confidence as he is easily scared by unfamiliar sounds and loud noise and which unfortunately brings out some difficult behaviours brought on by fear. With this in mind he would also be best suited as an only pet.

He’d need a garden to explore away from busy roads. Are you willing to give Horatio a chance and have the patience and perseverance to allow him to show his true self?

We would be happy to consider foster for an initial period as an alternative to full adoption. For more information about how our fostering scheme works, and the full support offered, please click here: Foster For Us.

Anna

Female
2.5 years

Status: Reserved (DUR)

Bio: Anna is a very pretty, petite girl with striking grey and white markings. She is naturally shy and nervous and will need a quiet, understanding home with someone who has the time and patience to allow her to settle and gradually build her confidence.

Once Anna learns to trust you, her true nature shines through; she becomes a sweet, affectionate companion who enjoys fuss and gentle attention.

She would be best suited to a home with older children (14+) who are calm, respectful, and able to give her the space she needs. Anna must be the only pet, as she’s happiest when she doesn’t have to share her environment.

Anna will also need access to a garden away from busy roads, where she can explore once she feels secure.

We may also have video footage of some of the cats currently available for rehoming…

We are always looking for new foster homes for cats in our care, please read our fostering page for more information.
