Cats In Our Care

Last updated: 4th April 2026

This page offers a snapshot of the cats we currently have in our care, waiting for loving homes.

It’s regularly updated but the situation changes quickly and information is current on the day of posting – and is subject to change.

Even if one of these cats doesn’t catch your eye, the rehoming situation is fluid and we constantly have new cats becoming available, of all ages and temperaments.

Please do apply anyway, via the online form on the Adoption Process page, and we will work with you to find you a great match.

If your application relates to kittens, please mark this on your application form as they aren’t usually advertised.

For a better understanding of the way we work please visit the Adoption Process page. You can also contact Adoptions on 07376 644085 (between 9am-5pm) or at [email protected].

Horatio

Male
5 years

Status: Adopted (LAN)

Bio: Meet 5-year-old Horatio who’s looking for a patient, experienced owner who will give him the time and opportunity to overcome some initial issues with challenging behaviour, allowing him to show his true loving and affectionate nature.

He would prefer an adult-only home in a quieter area where he is able to relax and gain confidence as he is easily scared by unfamiliar sounds and loud noise and which unfortunately brings out some difficult behaviours brought on by fear. With this in mind he would also be best suited as an only pet.

He’d need a garden to explore away from busy roads. Are you willing to give Horatio a chance and have the patience and perseverance to allow him to show his true self?

We would be happy to consider foster for an initial period as an alternative to full adoption. For more information about how our fostering scheme works, and the full support offered, please click here: Foster For Us.

Luna (3)

Female
2 years

Status: Adopted (LAN)

Bio: Have you got a place in your heart for two-year-old Luna- a lively, friendly young cat who’s full of personality?

She needs a home with outdoor access where she can explore to her heart’s content. She could possibly live with another lively confident cat with careful introductions, in either an adult only home or one with older children.

She’s bored in a pen despite our best efforts to keep her entertained and we’d like to find her the right home as soon as possible.

Are you the person to help Luna find her place in the sun this spring?

Spike

Male
10.5 years

Status: Adopted (EP)

Bio: Spike is a super gorgeous boy who is looking for a new home where he can enjoy plenty of love and attention. He has so much to offer and would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a devoted feline friend.

He enjoys being close to his people and would be happiest in a home where he can have a lap to curl up on and plenty of fuss.

Spike would prefer to be the only pet in the home, where he can enjoy all the attention to himself. He is good with children, making him a lovely addition to a family looking for a friendly companion.

Could you offer Spike the loving home and cosy lap he’s looking for?

Kenny

Male
5 years

Status: Available (DUR)

Bio: Kenny is a friendly, handsome boy who is ready to find a home where he can feel safe, settled, and well supported. He’s looking for a quiet, adult-only household where he can be the only pet and enjoy a calm, predictable environment.

Kenny has experienced an injury in the past which has left him with some muscle weakness. He will need a caring and patient owner who can help him gently rebuild his strength through light play, encouragement, and interaction.

Despite his past, Kenny is a very friendly cat who enjoys human company and would thrive with someone who has the time to give him a little extra care and reassurance. Once he’s ready and feeling stronger, he would enjoy access to a garden, away from busy roads, where he can explore at his own pace.

See Kenny on video in our Cats on Camera section.

Panda

Male
5 years

Status: Available (LAN)

Bio: Meet Panda, a so-called “inbetweener” who’s looking for a home at a stables, small holding or property with plenty of outdoor space.

Panda came into our care as a stray with an infected cat bite after living outdoors for some time. Although now fully recovered, he hasn’t shown signs that he would be comfortable living as a traditional house pet. Instead, he would thrive in a setting where he can live life on his own terms, with space, routine, and security.

He is now neutered, microchipped, vet-checked, and in good health. Panda doesn’t ask for much, but he does need a responsible setup to ensure his ongoing welfare.

Panda’s ideal home will provide:

  • A warm, dry, and safe shelter
  • Extensive outdoor space to roam and explore
  • Morning and evening welfare checks
  • Twice-daily feeding
  • Potentially another friendly resident cat, if suitable

We may also have video footage of some of the cats currently available for rehoming…

We are always looking for new foster homes for cats in our care, please read our fostering page for more information.
